OUR MISSION

We bring medical students, residents, fellows and attending staff together to tackle pressing upstream issues we face in the healthcare system today. We aim to familiarize trainees with the hospital flow management, including department specific operations and quality indicators. We will also examine the importance of collecting and synthesizing data to drive decisions and further guide resource allocation.
